Static Free Conveyor Cleaning Brushes
Static dissipative conveyor cleaning brushes are used to handle small particles and products that are sensitive to electric charges. Made with nylon mixed with a static dissipative additive, these brushes dissipate a static charge on an electronically charged conveyor in a slow and controlled manner. Static dissipative brushes are used in a variety of industries, most notably the electronics industry.
Commercial Food Production Conveyor Cleaning Brushes
We manufacture custom designed conveyor cleaning brushes for food production. Food grade conveyor cleaning brushes are ideal for heat processing equipment including heaters, dryers, ovens and conveyorized ovens for commercial food preparation. Commercial food production conveyor cleaning brushes are frequently made with Nylon 6.12 which is EPA registered and approved for use by the FDA, NSF and USDA.
